In the famed Vampire Weekend Contra Cover controversy Tod Brody is now the entire focus of the case. He filed an 11 page response in court denying the charges.
He accuses Kennis (the model) of fraud but doesn’t specify what or how, uses strung together and near nonsense legalese, and claims he is not at fault because of implied release but doesn’t provide proof or detail.
Sadly, the staff here know that to many of you this sounds all too familiar. Several of you have witnessed or been the recipient of a ludicrous rant from Tod Brody similar to this.
We hope that this Contra Album cover case will finally shine light on who Tod Brody really is and hopefully prevent him from ever harming another person.
