This man is most definitely a con man and a fraud. Tod employed me as a production assistant in NY in 2004. I was promised payment of $500.00/week. Tod made excuses about why he could not pay me for several weeks and I finally got wise and quit after 6 weeks with no payment. I later found out he never paid a research assistant he had hired at the rate of $1000.00. He also never paid his line producer who was helping him with several independent film budgets at the same time I was working for him.
I took him to small claims court. He never showed up and I received a judgment for back wages. I then got a notice that Tod had filed bankruptcy for the 2nd time and that was the end of that.
I cannot believe this man is not in jail by now. Please avoid him at all costs.
