He may be operating through dummy companies. The names we are aware of are: Dream Wedding Photography (Dream Wedding Foto), Summer Night Entertainment, and Copencisco.

We’ve received information that Tod Scott Brody may be telling potential victims that his name is Scott Sheppard. He may be using a variation on the spelling.

In the famed Vampire Weekend Contra Cover controversy Tod Brody is now the entire focus of the case. He filed an 11 page response in court denying the charges.
He accuses Kennis (the model) of fraud but doesn’t specify what or how, uses strung together and near nonsense legalese, and claims he is not at fault because of implied release but doesn’t provide proof or detail.
Sadly, the staff here know that to many of you this sounds all too familiar. Several of you have witnessed or been the recipient of a ludicrous rant from Tod Brody similar to this.
We hope that this Contra Album cover case will finally shine light on who Tod Brody really is and hopefully prevent him from ever harming another person.
If Tod is ever going to stop or be stopped hurting/tricking the general public the authorities need to be made aware of the amount of people negatively effected by this man and his actions.
